Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are per person sharing per night.
- Supplement for single occupancy is 50%
- All rates (except self catering) are inclusive of a full breakfast.
- Rooms are ready for occupancy by 14H00 and departures are @ 10H00
- Bookings are recommended for dinner in the Manor House
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required to confirm all bookings
- Only Visa and Master Card, EFT and Cash payments accepted
- Agency payment with confirmation of client
- American Express, Diners Club and Cheques not accepted

Cancellation Policy:
FULL AMOUNT OF A BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF NO SHOWS OR PREMATURE DEPARTURES
- 7 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeits 100% of total stay
- 8-14 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 50% of total stay
- More than 14 days, no extra costs
